The Seven Challenges is a comprehensive, evidence-based counseling program designed for adolescents and young adults struggling with substance use and related life challenges. Rather than simply focusing on abstinence, it empowers participants to make thoughtful decisions about their lives by exploring their values, goals, and personal reasons for change.
